Chico DeBarge is back in the trouble with the law and back in the news. According to a report by TMZ, the second most popular DeBarge brother was pulled over in Burbank, California on January 13th.
He was pulled over for driving without headlights or license plates on the vehicle. DeBarge also was not carrying an ID and when asked to identify himself, Chico told the cops he was James, his older brother who was formerly married to pop icon Janet Jackson.
Methamphetamines and heroin were found in the vehicle, as well as two female passengers were also identified. However, it wasn’t until he was being booked that Chico’s true identity was revealed.
He has been charged with a DUI, drug possession, and false impersonation.
