Percy Miller (Master P) can’t be persuaded to back out of potentially buying Reebok.
Miller also established a successful shoe brand entitled Moneyatti which launched in 2018.
If the business is a guarantee, Miller wants to make Allen Iverson the face given his history marketing the signature shoe during his NBA career.
“The way we look at Michael Jordan for Nike (NKE), we look at Allen Iverson that way in Reebok,” Miller says. “We need to bring him to the forefront. We need to bring in better designers. We also need to make this for the millennials. And I think that that would be a game changer,” per Yahoo Sports.
Miller is up to something and if the opportunity is granted, he’ll make history. Adidas bought out Reebok for $3.8 billion in 2006 and will have a buyer confirmed by March 10.
