Megan Denise had backtracked on a lot of her initial accusations against Von Miller, so it always was going to be likely that there wouldn’t be any charges.
It is hard to charge someone when the person who was accusing stops cooperating.
This all started with Denise went on Instagram and released a ton of messages from Von that stated he wished she would miscarry after she told him that she was pregnant. Miller had recently broke up with her before she told him she was carrying his child. Denise went on to say she suffered physical and mental abuse from Miller.
A couple of days after the rant she took it all back.
The cops looked into it all, but the DA says there isn’t enough evidence to charge Miller with anything.
