I can already tell this isn’t going to be good.
It is going to be entertaining, but it isn’t going to be productive.
Stephen A. Smith needs to address some real issues people have about him. He is the #1 black sports media personality in the country, so every single thing he says carries a lot of weight.
A lot of times I agree with Stephen A. and other times not so much. I don’t knock his hustle, because all of us would take $8 million a year just to scream. Stephen A. also works very hard and is very good to people around him, so none of that is in question.
People just want him to understand as a black man with that much power his words mean a lot, so when someone like Kyrie Irving is speaking about world issues, you don’t want to slam him for that even if you don’t agree. There are ways you can say it better.
You don’t go on college tours making money off clowning young black men who are just trying to get a better situation for themselves.
I can already tell from this hype video, Smith is going to double down and not apologize. We will see if I am wrong.
Flip the pages for the hype video and Kwame speaking about him.
