Lil Durk was the target of a home invasion which ended in a shootout and the suspects fleeing the scene. According to TMZ, Durk and his baby mama India Cox exchanged gunfire after several unidentified suspects entered Durk’s home in the Chateau Elan neighborhood of Braselton, about an hour outside of Atlanta.
According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the home invasion took place early Sunday morning a little after 5 AM. They added that Durk and India did use their weapons, but no one was injured.
TMZ reached out to the rapper’s attorney, who declined to comment on the situation. It is still unclear why this incident happened.
