LeBron has caught the RONA at least according to two of the three test he took today.
Someone has to blame Drake or JR Smith.
The Lakers have announced that LeBron has entered NBA’s health and safety protocols.
LeBron James has entered the league’s health and safety protocols and will miss Tuesday’s game against the Kings, the Los Angeles Lakers announced.
James has already missed 11 of the Lakers’ 22 games coming into Tuesday because of injuries and a suspension. L.A. is 7-4 with James this season and 4-7 without him.
If a player has a confirmed positive test for COVID-19, the NBA mandates a minimum of 10 days of isolation away from his team without any physical activity. After that period, a player must undergo a cardiac screening and reconditioning in order to be cleared to return to the court.
James revealed on Lakers media day in late September that he had received the COVID-19 vaccine.
The good news is James is vaccinated so hopefully he is feeling well and not being hit hard by the virus. The bad news is he is going to be out for a while per the NBA rules.
The Lakers have been terrible without him on the court.
It has been a rough season for the Lakers and it makes you wonder even though it is fairly early in the season will they be able to recover. LeBron when he is on the court still looks like himself, the problem is he has started to miss more and more games to minor injuries that you have to chalk up to just the miles he has put on his body during his almost 20-year career in the NBA.
The Lakers haven’t officially said how long he will be out, but if it is the 10 days, he will miss at least the next four games.
Tough times for the Lakers this season, the bubble can’t save them.
