Lots of people thought that it was a little weird when Stevie J and Faith Evans started dating, so it wasn’t much of a surprise when they ended up divorcing.
Now, according to VladTV, Stevie wants a little spousal support.
In the documents, Stevie stated that he and Faith had been separated since Oct. 19, 2021, and he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their split. In addition to requesting spousal support, Stevie J reportedly wants Evans to pay his legal fees and he also asked to “terminate the court’s ability to award support to (Evans).”
This comes after Stevie accused Faith of cheating on him and later apologizing. Last month, Stevie addressed his accusations against Faith, telling viewers, “Happy holidays everybody, I’d like to make this video for my wife. A video was released last week and it showed me talking crazy to my wife, publicly humiliating my wife. I’d like to apologize and say sorry that I would allow someone to come in my home and steal a computer and be able to do that to us.”
Wonder how much he wants.
It might be enough to live off on, according to these reports.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Stevie J has not only asked for spousal support from Evans but wants to be absolved from making continuous monthly payments to his estranged wife.
In the filing, the former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star checked the box that says “spousal or domestic partner support payable” and another box that requests to “terminate the court’s ability to award support to [Evans].”
If Faith cheated on him and makes more money than him, she needs to run him that spousal support.
It isn’t fun when the rabbit has the gun.
