Basketball Wives Star Royce Reed Believes Someone Was Spying on Dwight Howard’s Son Inappropriately Touching Her Boyfriend’s Son

‘Basketball Wives’ star Royce Reed has pleaded not guilty in the child neglect case involving her 14-year-old son Braylon with NBA star Dwight Howard in court out in Orange County, Florida. According to Radar Online, Royce Reed “is also demanding all witnesses the prosecutors plan on using and any notes/photos from the investigation.”

Along with her plea, Reed’s lawyer Andrea Black filed a demand for discovery.

She wants a list of all people known to the prosecutor who have information about the charge, any written statements of any oral statements made by a co-defendant, “portions of the recorded Grand Jury Minutes that contain testimony of the accused,” answer questions if any electronic surveillance including wiretapping and if any documents have been seized without her knowledge.

She is also demanding all witnesses the prosecutors plan on using and any notes/photos from the investigation.

In court docs, police revealed Braylon had been instructed not to hang out with children 2 years younger than him. In the past, he had allegedly acted inappropriately. Reed is being blamed for Braylon being in a situation where he was able to violate the rules.

According to court docs, Braylon has been receiving treatment for sexually deviant behavior. He admitted getting angry at Reed’s boyfriend son, who is younger than him, and forcing the boy to help him masturbate on more than one occasion. Because of this, a judge ruled Braylon could never be with a child two years younger than him without an adult present, but it appears that rule was broken multiple times. Once, it was reported to the prosecutor that is when Reed was arrested for violating the order.

From the latest filing, Reed believes someone was illegally monitoring her family and feeding information back to the prosecutor, and she is trying to find out who it was. One can only hope that Braylon, who is only 14, gets the help he needs.
