Fan is short for fanatic.
Always remember that. While I am a proponent of gun control, I have to agree with Budda here. If you step on my property unannounced, you might catch a bullet in the chest. This is bizarre behavior from a fan. No one should love another man who they have never met this much.
Here is how Baker described the encounter.
My little sister was terrified today because a fan went into my gate of my house and walked down to my garage where she was leaving. I never thought I would need to say this but PLEASE DO NOT enter my house wanting to greet me. That is my HOME. I will Die to protect the people in it. If that was me I would have drawn my weapon on you quick. I don’t know who you are pulling into my house. So once again PLEASE do not come to my home thinking it is appropriate to ask to meet me. Thank you 🙏🏾.
Baker might want to get some better security as well.
No one should be able to just casually walk into your garage like that. I can see how that would be scary for his sister. Baker is recovering from a nasty concussion he received in a playoff game against the Rams.
Following his fifth NFL season, Baker is trying to recover from a nasty injury he suffered in the Cardinals’ playoff loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The safety tried to make a tackle, but was clearly knocked unconscious and had to be carted off and taken to the hospital with a concussion. He is expected to make a full recovery. Following the injury Baker released a statement and made it clear that he would be okay.
