Kyrie Irving is getting dragged over his latest statement about the planet earth. He hopped on Twitter and asked why he’s paying to live on earth while the planet belongs to the people?
According to Side Action;
This whole Kyrie Irving flat earth saga started all the way back in February 2017, when the NBA star questioned whether the Earth is flat on a podcast that came out shortly before All-Star weekend that year in New Orleans. It became a major story and a few years later Kyrie even had to apologize.
Irving made clear that he regrets publicly saying that the Earth is flat.
Speaking at the Forbes Under 30 summit in Boston, the flat-Earth topic that Irving inserted himself into last year was discussed, and the All-Star guard said he didn’t realize the effect that his claim would have once it went public.
“To all the science teachers, everybody coming up to me like, `You know I’ve got to reteach my whole curriculum?’ I’m sorry,” Irving said, as the room attending his session laughed. “I apologize. I apologize.”
Once again Kyrie is speaking about the planet earth, and once again he’s being trashed over his take. Kyrie posted a ridiculous statement when he went on Twitter asking why he has to pay to live on Earth.
Irving Kyrie should stick to NBA because it’s obvious he lacks a lot of common sense and how things work in this world.
With that being said I am with him about not wanting to pay those property taxes that is just the city stealing our money he isn’t lying about that. Granted it would be easier to pay them if I am made $200 million playing in the NBA, but I digress.
Now flip to the next page to see how Twitter folks are blasting him over his latest statement about the planet earth and just being Kyrie in general.
