Rapper SpotemGottem has been arrested for allegedly attempting to flee from the police on a jetski. According to Vlad;
The rapper, whose real name is Nehemiah Harden, was accused of risking people’s lives and property while the Miami Police Department chased him down.
The chase started near the Miami Marine Stadium, according to police. The rapper, who currently lives in Midtown Miami, is now facing charges for reckless operation of a boat and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer. The rapper was previously out of jail on a bond firearm and aggravated assault cases.
In an arrest affidavit obtained by WFLA, police said that Harden was in a restricted speed zone on the jet ski and was doing “S” turns near anchored boats. Officers said they got Harden’s attention and called to him for a traffic stop, but Harden instead accelerated and began swerving through boats and swimmers.
Despite speeding away, officers said they eventually caught up to Harden and placed him under arrest, WTVJreported.

Nehemiah Lamar Harden (born October 19, 2001), professionally known as SpotemGottem (stylized as SPOTEMGOTTEM), is an American rapper best known for his 2020 hit single “Beat Box”, which peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. He is signed to Geffen Records, Interscope Records and Rebel Music.
In June 2017, Harden was arrested and charged with grand theft auto and carrying a concealed weapon in Duval County, Florida.
On July 15, 2021, he was arrested for aiming a pistol with a laser sight at a Miami Marriott hotel garage attendant and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, firearm possession as a convicted felon, and accessory after the fact.
On September 17, 2021, Harden was shot in the hip in a drive-by shooting while driving his car on the I-95 freeway in Miami.
