Dolphins Teddy Bridgewater’s Message To The NFL Players Who Like To Act “Gangsta”

Teddy Bridgewater is not a fan of NFL guys being fake.

Especially when they are acting like they’re “gangsters.”

The new Dolphins QB took to Facebook to post a long post on the players pretending to be gangsta, saying.

“Tired of seeing football players portray this tough guy image or pretend he’s gangsta,” Bridgewater said. “You went to school, attended those classes, and some even got their college degree.”

“So, don’t wait until you inherit this legal money from the league to decide you want to be tough or portray a ‘street image’ cause it’s kids that’s looking up to everything we do.”

He got a lot of agreement from other players so it must not be just something Teddy doesn’t like.

Here is even more from Teddy B.

A week before his first training camp with his hometown team, new Dolphins quarterback Teddy Bridgewater posted a strong message on social media regarding the image that NFL players should portray.

“Kids don’t be fooled,” Bridgewater wrote on Instagram. “You can play ball, do the right thing and they still gonna accept you. Look at me, I’m far from perfect but I chose the ball route but I still can go to the hood and post up and it’s all love. I still keep the same 3 dudes around me. My people accept me for making all the right decisions and not falling victim or being tricked by the false image you see on IG from a lot of ball players.

“Choose your path. Can’t do both though.”

Bridgewater, who starred at Miami Northwestern High before going to Louisville and becoming a first-round pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 2014, signed with the Dolphins in the offseason.

Bridgewater is making a ton of sense, but we will have to see if anyone actually listens to him because so many of these players are knuckleheads.
