Gilbert Arenas has explained why Brittney Griner is the ‘Queen of Russia’ in a recent interview with Vlad TV. He also spoke about the rumors she’s heard about Brittney.
According to TPS;
Appearing on VladTV, the former Washington Wizards star spoke on rumors he’s heard concerning Brittney Griner in Russia.
Arenas also referred to her as the ‘queen of Russia.’
“Rumor is this ain’t her first time being arrested in Russia. Let’s just say she is the queen of Russia. So whatever she wants, she gets,” says Arenas.
Agent Zero dove further and said, “Vape pens and stuff like that, you are carrying that with you from country to country, state to state, city to city. So for them to actually bust you, they already knew you had it on you. So it was more of a trap if we can get these two players and I’m one of those people that’s like, ‘I don’t believe you’.”
Griner plays basketball in Russia for the UMMC Ekaterinburg. The eight-time All-Star has been a part of the team for seven seasons. However, she landed in trouble after she was detained at an airport in Russia for carrying illegal cannabis oil cartridges into Russia.
She has since been sentenced to nine years in prison.
According to Agent Zero, this is all an elaborate ruse, and Griner isn’t in jail and living the high life in Russia. He believes they are just pretending she is in prison so they can get some of their criminals back from the United States.
That is a wild conspiracy theory, but I don’t put anything past the United States or foreign government at the moment. We should have learned our lesson a long time ago.
