A highly tampered video of Deion Sanders doing the rounds on Internet has gotten fans and media in all sorts of frenzy. The best pleasant surprise of the young 2023 NCAA football season has been “Prime Time” and his Colorado Buffaloes. Sanders took over a club that had only one victory the previous season and has them sitting pretty at 3-0 now.
A video clip of Sanders’ well-known “This is my house” soundbite from 1994 has emerged on X (formerly known as Twitter). As you can see in the video clip below, Sanders delivers his speech while standing behind a wall bearing the Colorado Buffaloes’ logo:
Deion Sanders predicted it all these years later…
He happened to be standing in front of a Colorado logo when he said it 😂
“I got one thing to say…this is MY house.”

Well to put things right, this video has been altered. 29 years ago, Sanders made an incorrect prediction about his future with the Buffaloes.
The famous moment happened AFTER Sanders and the 49ers defeated the Atlanta Falcons, his former team, at the Georgia Dome. At 3:38 in the conversation, it is evident that the Colorado Buffaloes emblem is not there on the wall behind him :
Additionally, as other alert viewers pointed out, the Buffaloes logo that was shown in the clip wasn’t even the one the institution used in 1994.
With his adored personality and all-world performance, Sanders helped the Falcons become a household name in football during his time with the team from 1989 through 1993. He joined the 49ers in 1994 and spent just one season on the west coast, during which he was named Defensive Player of the Year and received the first of his two Super Bowl rings.
