A vicious altercation between supporters in the stands at FedEx Field on Sunday during the Washington Commanders season opening was caught on camera and released online. Videos recorded on the now-defunct social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, appear to depict a string of heated disagreements between followers that descended into pushing, shoving, and punching.
One video shows a man arguing with three other individuals wearing Commanders clothing while wearing a Ravens jersey. A fight breaks out as more supporters flood out into the aisle and the man wearing the Ravens shirt appears to collapse to the ground.

As the fighting escalates, another camera shows event staff attempting to regain control of the circumstance. The incident is being investigated, according to the Prince George’s County Police. As of right now, no fight-related information has been made public by the Washington Commanders.
On Sunday, the Commanders came back to defeat the Arizona Cardinals 20-16.
