Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Chiefs, is facing backlash on the internet after making a joke about perhaps becoming a father that surfaced following his relationship with Taylor Swift.
Fans can’t help but wonder how serious things are and whether the NFL star has plans to get married and have kids, even though Kelce and Swift have been going strong thus far despite a recent blunder from his PR. According to an informant, the couple has been talking about having children, even if Travis’ mother Donna Kelce may feel that things are moving a little too quickly.
According to the sources, in the midst of the developing romance, a previous remark Kelce made about finding a “breeder” to have some babies with and make his mom happy is going viral once more.
When Travis lamented his lack of kids, he was talking on his podcast, “New Heights.” He said,
“I gotta start breeding, I gotta start breeding. To all the breeders out there,”
Jason interjected saying “Wait until you find the right person. Find the right person,”
Travis continued “I’m gonna find a breeder, and I’m gonna get kids so that mom can love me again,”
Swifties weren’t happy with comments.

Some fans did take it as a joke as below
Let’s not do this. He was clearly joking.

Omg people, just chill out… It was a joke… Don’t you think there is more easy way for a good looking nfl player to have kids than to date world famous Taylor who is currently busy as f… . It must be exhausting to have people picking at everything you’ve said…

Although “breeding” is bit of corny way to address raising a family, we understand where Travis was coming from and how he meant it as a joke. Everything is offensive these days.
