Erica Herman, who sued famed golfer Tiger Woods accusing him of sexual assault after Woods dumped her and kicked her out of his mansion.
According to the report, Erica has also dropped the non-disclosure agreement appeal as it’s obvious Tiger Woods never assaulted her while they were together.
Erica Herman wanted to rip off Woods but she didn’t succeed. The Post reports that;
In a notice filed in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal to drop the appeal, Herman said she “was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents, and it is her position that she never asserted a claim for such”.
Herman had signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in 2017 at the start of her relationship with Woods, and she had sued to be released from the agreement.
In May, a judge ruled she could not be released from the NDA and Herman filed an appeal of the ruling.
In Herman’s initial filing, the lawsuit cited the Speak Out Act that allows for a person to be released from a NDA if they’re a victim of sexual assault.
Nevertheless, in the May ruling, Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger wrote that Herman’s reasoning for being released from the agreement lacked “factual specificity for any claim relating to sexual assault or sexual harassment,” according to PEOPLE.
Woods and Herman had first been linked romantically in 2017 and ended their relationship in 2022.
In a separate suit, Herman had sued Jupiter Island Irrevocable Trust, the trust that owns Woods’ home in Florida, in December for $30 million because Woods had allegedly tricked her into leaving the home and locked her out, violating an oral agreement the pair had to let her live there for another five years.
Herman dropped that lawsuit in July.
Erica Herman thought she was going to use the sexual assault lawsuit to reap where she has never sowed but that never happened as she has dropped the suit and the NDA appeal.
