After leading the Browns to the postseason this week, Joe Flacco is enjoying his best season yet in Cleveland. And it seems like Johnny Manziel is supporting him.
As the starting quarterback for the Browns, Flacco has a 4-1 record and has completed 60.3% of his passes for 1,616 yards, 13 touchdowns, and eight interceptions.
Manziel, who played in just 14 games for the Cleveland Browns, finished with 1,675 yards overall and ranks 31st in the team’s passing history. It’s not that far to Flacco. This Friday, someone brought that up on X, but Johnny took it personally and responded with a great quip.
In response, he said, “Some records were meant to be broken.”

Our calculations show that Flacco needs just sixty yards to overtake Manziel.
In fact, he would have to work very hard in his next game to avoid passing for sixty yards. By all accounts, that “record” is going to be shattered on January 7 against the Bengals.
