Just when you thought the Philadelphia Eagles‘ situation could not possibly get worse. The Philadelphia offense, led by Jalen Hurts, has been suffering lately. In week 16, the team may be without one of its top wide outs, which may make things much more tough.
DeVonta Smith is reportedly in serious risk of missing Monday’s game against the New York Giants after missing practice on Friday once again.
DeVonta Smith and Darius Slay did not practice again. Landon Dickerson, Zach Cunningham, Nick Morrow were also out. Good news Avonte Maddox and Cam Jürgens were full participants again https://t.co/qpGBo6pPVl

The good news for Smith and the Eagles is that he will get one more opportunity to practice on Saturday since the Eagles play on Monday, giving him an extra day off.
Smith’s availability for practice on Saturday is seriously doubtful if he records another “DNP.” The Eagles’ passing attack will rely far more on Dallas Goedert and AJ Brown if he is unable to play.
