Overreaction is a common habit among social media users. And the most recent instance of that is this one.
In a recent interview, Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her spouse, safety Jonathan Owens of the Green Bay Packers, talked about their marriage. At that point, Owens said he didn’t know who Biles was. In addition, he boasted that he was “the catch” in the relationship and boasted that Biles took the 45-minute drive to see him after they hit it off on Tinder.

Owens made some lighthearted and entirely innocuous remarks. They also only represented a little portion of their full interview, in which he lavished his partner with praise and expressed how fortunate and pleased he is to be in a relationship with her.

Social Media and Simone Biles reaction to her husband
Social media opted to make much more of this than it actually was, with several people taking to the platform to express their disapproval of Owens’ conceit and confidence.
Simone Biles is one of the greatest athletes who has ever lived. We have never witnessed her caliber of athlete. To the point they have to disqualify her from certain moves SHE invented to level the playing field for other athletes.

How did Biles feel about everyone who seemed to be supporting her on social media?
She seemed to agree with people who believed Owens had done nothing illegal based on some of her retweets, giving the impression that it wasn’t necessary at all.
