Both athletes, deemed fitting choices by officials, have previously received recognition in the county. In honor of Kobe Bryant, officials declared August 24 as Kobe Bryant Day following his passing. Tiger Woods, on the other hand, has his own Tiger Woods Learning Center in Anaheim, impacting over two million students through its educational programs.
The Orange County Hall of Fame induction reflects the lasting impact Bryant and Woods have left on the community.
