That said, the addition of Tom Aspinall vs Alex Pereira will seemingly grab a lot of attention. Light Heavyweight champion Alex Pereira became the fastest UFC two-weight champion and looks one win away from becoming the first UFC fighter to hold titles across three divisions.
A few weeks back, ‘Poatan’ took to social media and gave away a cryptic post. He wrote, “30+300= 3”. Now it seems that he is set to unleash his heavyweight mode at UFC 300, which can possibly be the company’s biggest event in recent times.
Meanwhile, Interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall also revealed that he got checked out by Alex Pereira during a media event. The Briton claimed that Alex Pereira was sizing him up. If such was the case, they could settle it out and size each other’s skills inside the UFC octagon.
Dana White is yet to announce the main event or the entire card for the UFC 300. Meanwhile, there are rumors that UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards will defend his belt on the card possibly against Belal Muhammad.
