A previously unreleased video shows USC quarterback Caleb Williams launching a huge bomb with a mere flick of the wrist.
It is almost a given that Caleb Williams will be selected by the Chicago Bears first overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, which takes place on April 25. The Carolina Panthers, who gave up their 2024 first-round pick in order to advance and choose Bryce Young first overall in the previous draft, allowed the Bears to get the top pick.
Williams appears in a revived viral video from the NFL Rookie Watch X/Twitter account.
Caleb Williams makes this throw look EASY 😳
Many NFL scouts reportedly believe Williams is a “better version” of Patrick Mahomes at this point in his career.
No wonder teams might tank to select the USC QB. pic.twitter.com/EXXs070mnM

There was some speculation as to whether Chicago would try to trade the No. 1 pick to the highest bidder or select a non-QB. But once they dealt Justin Fields to the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for a late-round selection, the Bears effectively revealed that they were selecting Caleb Williams first overall.
Caleb Williams finished his college career with a completion percentage of 68.6% on 3,633 throw attempts, 30 touchdowns, and five interceptions. He also amassed 136 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns.
