Michael Jordan’s Son Shares Dand and Grandma’s $10 Million Charity Project with Pride

Michael Jordan has demonstrated over the years that he aspires to improve the lives of others in the neighborhood where he was raised. Jordan grew up in North Carolina even though he was born in Brooklyn, New York. The NBA veteran has created a clinic for the underprivileged in Wilmington, North Carolina, his hometown.

Marcus, the son of Michael Jordan, informed his followers on Instagram a few days following the inauguration. The clinic’s target population is the area’s uninsured and underinsured citizens. Jordan made a moving speech outlining why the occasion was so important to him as he arrived at the event with his mother.

Although Michael Jackson doesn’t weep much, this particular occasion was so meaningful to him that he couldn’t contain his tears when he spoke to the attendees. He declared,

“It’s good to be home, first and foremost. … That’s what this clinic is about. When the families are not able to support, we’re there to support.”

MJ gave the populace the assurance that the clinic’s services would be provided without charge to those who most needed them. He also thought back to the periods of his life when he had need these services. MJ claims that this is how he is returning the favor to the community that helped make him the famous person he is today. He declared,

“We’re gonna do whatever we can to support you because that’s what happened to me. That’s where I got it from.”

 

MJ, fighting to contain his tears, stated,

“This is where I came from. And no matter how you see Michael Jordan, this is where I started. This is where I’m always gonna be a part of.”

The legendary Bulls player donated $10 million to Novant Health Michael Jordan Family Medical Clinic.

In honor of his father’s significant contribution, Marcus uploaded the 2Cool2Blog post to his Instagram story. By expressing his support for the cause, Kevin Durant also acknowledged Michael Jackson and his mother.
