So you know how pickup basketball games can get pretty intense, right? Well, imagine this – a game at LA Fitness gym in Texas almost turned into a big mess when a player decided to escalate things by pulling out a gun during a heated argument. Yes, you heard that right – a GUN!
I mean, come on, it’s just a game of hoops at the gym, no need to bring weapons into it. Thankfully, no one got hurt and the situation was diffused before things got out of hand.
The video below shows a heated confrontation between two players, with one shown brandishing a Glock handgun before putting it back into his backpack, having angrily confronted the other person involved before walking away to get his weapon.
The clip drew lots of comments from social media users, with many noting that such an incident was uncalled for.
“This happened at my LA fitness here in the Dallas area. A few months later the dude showed back up like nothing ever happened lol,” a user claimed.
“I’m sure it wasn’t even that serious to go get the strap😭,” someone pointed out
“Bro if you get so emotional for a basketball game you have to pull out your s**t, you have mental illness tf is wrong with people,” said another.
