Clayton Howard, often known as “Dave,” sat quietly in a dimly lit New York courthouse in July 2025 as his attorneys filed a shocking civil case charging music tycoon Sean “Diddy” Combs and singer Cassie Ventura of years of betrayal, deception, and sexual assault.
According to Howard’s allegations, which are described in court filings, he was a male escort involved in the couple’s drug-fueled “freak-off” world during that period. His tale, which surfaced following Diddy’s well-publicized sex trafficking prosecution, is rekindling discussions about male victims within the #MeToo movement.

Howard claims that Diddy and Cassie transported him across U.S. state borders for “freak-offs” between 2009 and the mid-2010s.
According to Howard’s book, Cassie: Victim or Co-conspirator, Cassie terminated the pregnancy against his will and then proceeded with unprotected intercourse, reportedly spreading a sexually transmitted disease.
He talks about being forced to perform demeaning behaviors, such as prolonged masturbation while intoxicated, which caused him to sustain bodily wounds like scabs and skin tears. Howard’s lawsuit contends that the couple had “a toxic, abusive relationship” that held him under their sway and seeks damages for emotional pain, medical expenses, and lost wages.
