Dakota, 35, brazenly posed on the red carpet of the industry event while wearing the risqué blue piece without a bra. The celebrity wore a skirt with a drop waist and tulle accents.
Dakota’s attendance at the film festival to win the Golden Eye award made it a momentous evening.
The award was given to the actress in appreciation of her roles in a number of films, such as Fifty Shades of Grey, Suspiria, Cha Cha Real Smooth, and Materialists by Celine Song.
