Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards will not play against the Denver Nuggets due to a right hamstring strain. Edwards sustained the injury early in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Indiana Pacers.
He exited the game after scoring five points and grabbing one rebound. The team later ruled him out for the remainder of the game.
According to ESPN, Edwards is expected to be sidelined for approximately two weeks, missing up to eight games, including tonight’s matchup against the Nuggets.
