Josh Giddey made franchise history on Tuesday night. The Australian guard posted 29 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists in a thrilling 113-111 comeback win over the Philadelphia 76ers. That performance marked his second straight triple-double and made him the first Bull to do that since Michael Jordan in the 1988-89 season.
At 6-1, the Bulls boast the NBA’s second-best record, highlighted by Tuesday’s dramatic comeback win over the 76ers.

The 23-year-old also leap-frogged Scottie Pippen in the Bulls’ record books for most 20-point triple-doubles. His 7th such game puts him behind only Jordan in team history.
His hot streak has also sparked MVP chatter around the league. Many now point to him as the face of the franchise’s future.
After signing a four-year, $100 million deal this summer, Giddey appears to be living up to the investment.
