The internet had another completely normal day, until Australian fitness model Taylor Banks decided to upload a workout video that basically broke everyone’s scrolling thumb.
The video appeared on Instagram, and within minutes people were staring at their phones like they had just discovered Wi-Fi for the first time.
Why?
Because Taylor Banks demonstrated what she called an important fitness lesson: hip mobility.
Now normally when trainers talk about hip mobility, they mean boring stretches, maybe a squat, maybe a slow yoga pose.
Taylor Banks apparently looked at that idea and said, “Nah, let’s spice things up.”

In the now-viral clip, the fitness model wore a sports bra and a pair of leggings while demonstrating the exercise on all fours. Then she started moving her hips side to side while explaining why flexibility is important.
And just like that, the internet forgot how to behave.
Within seconds, the comments section exploded. Some viewers praised the workout tip, others admitted they had suddenly become very interested in learning about hip mobility.
Funny how that works.
Banks confidently explained that keeping the hips flexible is extremely important for women’s health and movement. According to her, strong and mobile hips help with workouts, posture, and overall fitness.
Which is absolutely true, but judging by the reactions online, many viewers seemed slightly distracted from the educational part of the lessons.
Taylor Banks didn’t just post another workout clip, she posted a video that turned a simple mobility exercise into a full-blown internet moment.
And somewhere out there right now, thousands of people are suddenly practicing hip mobility, while pretending they were interested in it.
