College basketball just got a little more entertaining. Enter Bryan Hodgson, the new head coach at Providence College, who wasted zero time making sure his introductory press conference did not sound like every other boring coach speech we’ve all heard a thousand times.
You know the script. “I’m honored.” “Great tradition.” “We’ll work hard.” Blah blah blah. But Bryan? He came with a twist, and that twist had a name: Jordan Norris.
"If you ever wanna question my recruiting abilities just look at my wife Jordan"

During his big moment, instead of just talking X’s and O’s, recruiting pipelines, and building culture, Hodgson decided to casually flex his recruiting skills using his wife’s looks as Exhibit A. Yes, you read that right. Bold strategy. Extremely bold!
During his remarks, Hodgson joked about his recruiting ability, saying:
If you ever want to question my recruiting abilities… just look at my wife.
After the viral moment, many people began searching for more information about his wife. However, there are not many widely confirmed public details about his personal life.
It is known that his wife’s name is Jordan, and that she has been a close presence throughout his coaching career, supporting him as he has grown in college basketball. Still, Hodgson has kept his family life relatively private, so there is limited public information about their relationship, when they got married, or details about children.
Beyond the viral moment, Hodgson arrives at Providence as one of the rising names in college basketball coaching.
Will this translate to wins on the court? Who knows, but in terms of first impressions, he definitely didn’t blend into the background. In a world of cookie-cutter coach speak, Bryan Hodgson came in and said, “Let’s make this interesting.”
Bryan Hodgson and his family — fiancée Jordan Norris and their son, Jett — have arrived in Rhode Island.

Mission accomplished. Now the only question left is: can he recruit five-star players as smoothly as he recruited his wife into that press conference moment?
If yes, Providence might be in very good hands.
