The man who claimed that Stefon Diggs had sexually assaulted him in his Maryland home was compelled to disclose up direct messages he had sent to the NFL player.
According to fresh legal documents, Christopher Griffith, the accused, has 14 days to present his complete Instagram direct message history with Stefon.
Additionally, all records pertaining to Christopher’s travel to and from Maryland during the weekend of May 20–23, 2023, when he alleges the sexual assault occurred, must be turned over. All paperwork pertaining to his travel plans, baggage, accommodations, and ride-sharing receipts must be turned in.
Additionally, Christopher must provide Stefon’s team with text messages exchanged between the two, as well as any talks he had with Stefon or regarding Stefon.
Stefon filed a slander lawsuit against Christopher for allegedly assaulting him in 2023. Stefon said that Christopher’s allegations hurt him and damaged his reputation.
Christopher filed a countersuit, alleging that Stefon had drugged and sexually abused him. He said that Stefon invited him to come to his room after pulling out his penis. According to Christopher, he turned down Stefon’s purported invitation. A week after the alleged sexual assault, Christopher stated in court documents that Stefon beat him up with the help of his brother and others in an attempt to silence him.
