If you were wondering where all the rich, famous, and ridiculously connected people disappeared to this week, don’t worry. They were all busy wearing white and pretending not to sweat at Michael Rubin annual White Party.
The Fanatics CEO hosted his 5th annual White Party at his massive estate in Southampton, New York, on July 1. And once again, the guest list looked less like a party invitation and more like the VIP section of the internet.

Seriously, if you threw a football into the crowd, it would probably bounce off three Grammy winners, an NBA champion, and at least one Oscar nominee.

Jay-Z pulled up looking like billionaire business was handled before dessert. Cardi B made sure all eyes stayed on her. Travis Scott, Ice Spice, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, DJ Khaled, Lil Baby, Meek Mill, French Montana, Fat Joe, and Shaboozey all came ready to remind everyone that this wasn’t just a party. It was a flex!

There were performances from Lil Wayne, who ghosted a concert in Maine on Tuesday (June 30) and later apologized; Snoop Dogg and Cardi B. It was a poetic close to the night, which ended with a fireworks celebration over the Atlantic Ocean while Alicia Keys performed “Empire State of Mind.”
Plenty of iconic athletes headed to the Hamptons as well, with Tom Brady, Mike Tyson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Davante Adams, Klay Thompson, Alex Rodriguez and Puka Nacua in attendance.
The White Party is typically scheduled surrounding July 4 and celebrating America, but Rubin said the party’s date this year was considered in part to not have guests decide between his event and attending Taylor Swift’s wedding in NYC, which is slated for July 3 at Madison Square Garden.
And this is what Michael Rubin to say about his party on Instagram:
“We were debating the dates. We were certainly aware of that date, but we didn’t change it because of that date. But we were aware of that date and we didn’t want to have people have to choose. People come to the White Party no matter when we do it.”
At this point, Rubin’s White Party is basically the unofficial Olympics of celebrity status. If you’re invited, congratulations. You’ve made it. If not, there’s always next year, assuming your bank account, resume, and Instagram followers improve dramatically.
