New York Jets reserve cornerback Josh Thomas tweeted Monday that his “playbook” — stored on a team-issued iPad — was stolen. So was his passport, and he issued social media appeal to have the items returned.
Please return stolen articles. At least return my passport and playbook. #Jets #JetsNation #HappyHolidays #Christmas

This is one reason teams went away from the notebook form of playbooks. The Jets remotely deleted everything from the iPad as soon as they were notified Sunday night by Thomas.
He apparently left his luggage in his car. Inside the luggage were his playbook and his passport.
