Bobby Knight was a controversial figure at the University of Indiana. He was a hall of fame coach with a legendary temper. He won a lot during his time there, but he also verbally and physically assaulted some of the players that played for him.
He eventually was fired in from Indiana in 2000, after a zero tolerance policy was instituted after he choked a player. Knight talked about why he believes he shouldn’t have been fired from Indiana for putting his hands on players and the other incidents.

After Knight’s coaching career was over, it is alleged that he continued his disturbing behavior. According to a FBI report, they investigated Knight for sexual harassment after four women claimed he groped them in 2015 while he was giving a speech at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The FBI chose to end the investigation without filing charges, but the allegations were pretty serious.
The women accused Knight of a range of boorish behavior: from touching them on the shoulder while commenting on the attractiveness of their legs, to hugging them too tightly around the chest, to hitting them on the buttocks, according to documents compiled by investigators and Washington Post interviews with three of the women.
Coincidentally, Bob Knight is also a big Donald Trump supporter.
