Collin Sexton is the best guard in the NCAA tournament & yes that includes Trae Young, Jalen Brunson or anyone else you want to throw in the pot.
Plenty of players are talented at this level. There’s no shortage of solid ballhandlers or good defenders at this position, however, Sexton’s pure drive & intensity widely separate him from the pack.
When Bama was in trouble late vs Virginia Tech, Sexton’s ferocious play helped heap the pressure on VT. He exploded to the rim, forcing the foul time after time & nailed two clutch jumpers to put the Hokies on ice for good.
As a top GA high school player, Sexton was known for playing with a fire that few could match.
