Early in the morning after a night of festivities, Kate was spotted leaving the prestigious Mistress of Mayfair club. Wearing a flashy black leotard, sheer tights, and hefty boots, the Pearl Harbor actress looked amazing.
Kate added pearl earrings, a large white fluttery coat, and a silver striking headpiece as accessories. With her brown straight locks loose, the A-lister went for a subdued bronze makeup look.
