Former Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Damon Arnette is trending on the internet after one Instagram model named Danii Banks came out and called him out for allegedly stealing her jewelry and money. According to Danii, she got Damon on camera stealing from her and also revealed that Damon has done the same thing to other Instagram models.
It seems Damon Arnette has a game plan to rip off these Instagram models by engaging them in the usual romance. Could this be a romance scam?
Former Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Damon Arnette was back in the news this week after he emerged from a Nevada courtroom Monday saying he hopes to play this season in the NFL after he resolved a felony 2022 gun case by pleading guilty to two misdemeanors.
The former first-round draft pick by the Raiders in 2020 entered his pleas to misdemeanor assault and possessing a gun “in a threatening manner” at a Las Vegas Strip hotel valet stand in January 2022.
Aside from that, he went viral once again after Instagram model Danii Banks exposed him for stealing from her.
Banks, who was clearly heated about the situation, says Arnette stole a watch from her, took her phone, and zelled his friends some of her money. She claims to have him and his friends on camera.
She said she later found out that he does this a lot to other Instagram models.

In the meantime, Arnette was sentenced to 50 hours of community service, $2,000 in fines, surrender of the gun he had when he was arrested and to stay out of trouble for 90 days. Arnette faces up to one year in jail if he violates the agreement. The case will be closed if he complies.
By admitting guilt to misdemeanors, Arnette avoided trial on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed firearm, felonies that combined carry the possibility of up to 10 years in state prison.
Arnette played college football at Ohio State and was the second draft pick by the Raiders in 2020, behind Henry Ruggs.
He was said to be on his way to Dallas to meet with the Cowboys about a possible contract signing.

I cannot conclude that whatever the Instagram model is accusing Damon Arnette of is the truth looking at how these models go about doing anything for clouts. Until Damon comes out with his side of the story, this remains one of those wild social media rumors orchestrated by a desperate Instagram model.
