If convicted Steve Francis is looking at up to five years in jail.
He pleaded not guilty, but he is looking at an uphill battle in court. Back in March, a bartender said Francis was casing a 2003 Benz.
Francis then asked the bartender for a flashlight and allegedly stole $1700 in jewelry and cash from a woman’s car.
