Tyreek Hill’s estranged wife is pressing the former Miami Dolphins wide receiver in court to answer whether he offered, promised or paid any consideration to a woman who previously accused him of abuse, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Keeta Vaccaro (also referred to in some filings and reports as Keeta Hill) claims in the documents that Hill has failed to respond to questions about any payments or benefits directed to Crystal Espinal, his former partner and the mother of three of his children. Vaccaro further alleges that Hill had not spoken to Espinal in more than five years until his attorney contacted her about a week before Espinal’s scheduled deposition in the divorce case. The attorney allegedly told Espinal there “needs to be trust” and that they “needed to bridge the gap,” the filing states. Documents say Hill then flew to Arkansas to see Espinal and their three children for the first time in two years.
Espinal previously accused Hill of physical abuse, including pulling her hair, throwing her around, ripping off her shirt, choking her and punching her while she was pregnant. Hill has denied those claims.
Vaccaro’s filing also references other women. She says Sasha Iolani messaged her on April 9, 2025, writing: “Despite everything you just went through with your altercation. I know how he gets. I was a victim of it for 4 years … stay resilient, you’re more powerful than you think.” Vaccaro claims Iolani also told her she suffered a miscarriage because of Hill. In addition, Vaccaro alleges Hill initially denied under oath knowing a woman named Mila Kukarets and only changed his account after learning Vaccaro was aware that Kukarets had messaged him.
Vaccaro is asking the court to compel Hill to provide more complete answers to the questions and to produce additional documents.
The couple married in November 2023 and share a daughter, Capri, born in November 2024. Vaccaro filed for divorce in April 2025, one day after police responded to a domestic disturbance call at their Miami-area home. The divorce and related proceedings have featured competing claims of domestic violence, disputes over temporary support and household expenses, and fights over documents and communications involving Vaccaro’s mother. Hill has denied wrongdoing in the domestic violence allegations made by Vaccaro, with his side previously characterizing some claims as financially motivated.
Hill, a free agent recovering from knee surgeries that ended his 2025 season after the Dolphins released him, has a long and complicated personal history that has periodically intersected with his football career, including earlier domestic violence proceedings involving Espinal that dated to his college days and a 2019 child-abuse investigation that resulted in no criminal charges or NFL suspension.
The latest filing underscores how the divorce case continues to expand beyond financial and custody issues into questions about Hill’s past relationships and potential witness contacts. No ruling on Vaccaro’s request to compel further answers has been reported. Both sides have traded pointed legal filings throughout the proceedings, and the case remains ongoing.
