OnlyFans model and social media influencer Sophie Hall acknowledged in a deposition that she had consensual sex with Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill on the night she claims he fractured her leg during backyard football drills — and again the next day — according to court records reported by multiple outlets.
Hall, 36, filed a civil lawsuit against Hill in Broward County Circuit Court in February 2024, alleging the NFL star intentionally shoved her with “crushing force” on June 28, 2023, at his home in Southwest Ranches, causing a right leg fracture that required surgery and metal implants. She is seeking damages for assault, battery, negligence and emotional distress.
In the deposition, first reported in February 2025 by the Daily Mail and covered by the New York Post and others, Hall told Hill’s attorney she and Hill had sex “just once” later that night after she was injured and limping, and once more the following day. She said Hill helped her with ice and carried her upstairs to his bedroom. Hall has maintained the encounter was consensual.
Hill, 32, has denied intentionally injuring Hall. His attorneys have argued she assumed the risks of participating in contact football drills, that she may have tripped over his dog, and that video evidence and their admitted sexual encounters that weekend undermine her claims. Jury selection in the civil trial began May 6, 2026, in Broward County, with opening statements expected shortly.
Hill was engaged at the time of the June 2023 incident. He married Keeta Vaccaro on Nov. 8, 2023, several months later. The couple has faced separate public issues, including a brief divorce filing in early 2024 that Hill said was filed in error by a staffer.
Hall, who has more than 2.3 million Instagram followers, met Hill after her son attended one of his youth football camps in May 2023. She said she returned to his home about 11 days later at his invitation for what began as a casual visit and turned into football drills with his trainer present.
Hill’s legal team has described the lawsuit as baseless. Hall’s attorneys maintain she still suffers pain and limited mobility from the injury.
The case is one of several off-field legal matters involving Hill, who has a history of domestic violence allegations from prior relationships, though he has not been criminally charged in connection with Hall’s claims. No criminal charges have been filed in the leg injury case.
The civil trial is expected to last up to two weeks.
