Rasheed Wallace is Out of Shape, No Timetable When He Will Be Able to Play

There are reports that Sheed has been doing Taebo and Insanity at Knicks practice. This is a real report not a joke by me.

Sheed’s contract is non-guaranteed, so there is no risk for the Knicks, but it doesn’t appear he will be ready to contribute for awhile.

“He’ll give me an idea of when he wants me out there,” Wallace said. “I’m not one to complain. If it’s mid-November, then it’s mid-November; or if it’s December, then it’s December. It’s on him, not me. He’s the coach. I can’t control that. I’ve just got to be ready either way.”

Wallace said his focus for now is working to get in shape.

“That’s everything,” he said.

  1. Huh???

This fool should have been working out and preparing for the last 6-8 months. This Knicks shouldn’t have offered him anything.
