The great and controversial former Giants running back has officially filed papers with the NFL to come out of retirement, his agent, Mark Lepselter, said on Twitter Tuesday afternoon. The shocking announcement comes just one month before Barber’s 36th birthday, and more than four years since his last game at the end of the 2006 season.
Here is a reality check for Tiki, the market isn’t going to be itching for a 36 year old running back who likes to run his mouth and downgrades his teammates.
No one really likes Tiki and his ego is too big to just ride the bench.
He can fill out all the papers he like, but if he need money, he needs to lend out his intern mistress to “Football Wives”, she seems to fit the mold.
