This isn’t breaking news.
This is common sense news.
The day Michael Vick signed his $100 million contract with the Eagles, I said it was a two-year try out. If it didn’t work, he would be gone with far less than $100 million in his pocket.
Nothing has changed.
Both Andy Reid and Vick will be gone if they don’t make a run to the playoffs.
What I find humorous are the Eagles fans who are ready to put the backup QB Foles into the Hall of the Fame. How quickly they forget about Kevin Kolb.
So, while the report from Adam Schefter and others is accurate, it isn’t new. If Vick wants to collect his cash he is going to have to perform on the field. Is that how it should be?
