Braylon Edwards returned to the New York Jets last week after being released by the Seahawks and calling Jets brass idiots.
Edwards started last night in the Jets ugly loss to the Titans and amid all the mistakes his quarterback has been making, feels Mark Sanchez is very talented. Edwards thinks Sanchez needs to trust himself more according to the Star-Ledger.
“He does make a mistake or two here and there,” Edwards said. “But I think he just needs to trust himself some more. That’s probably the best way to put it without going into it or (causing) controversy. This is a new Braylon, I’m trying to stay away from those statements.”
So the old Braylon would have called Sanchez a bum or something, I’m confused.
