Lovie Smith has garnered a lot of the attention from a lot of teams with vacancies for the position of head coach since his departure from the Bears. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com Smith is in San Diego today to interview with the Chargers.

I never really know how serious these interviews with Smith are on account of the Rooney Rule. We can be certain that one of these teams will be impressed enough to give him a job, but its too hard to say right now.
