London Fletcher has accomplished a lot in the NFL, and probably so much more than he ever thought he would coming out of John Carroll University as an undrafted free agent in 1998.
Now Fletcher has to decide if he’ll return and keep his active games streak going at 241. Fletcher spoke with the Washington Post recently, and said he’s still contemplating what he wants to do.
“It’s still a process,” Fletcher said. “Understand I do this every year, probably the last four or five years. It’s just when you get older in your career, you have to evaluate everything. Health is one thing. Can I still do it at the level that I want to do it at and play at? So this year is no different than those years in the past.”
Fletcher is set to make $5.5 million next season, Hard to walk away from that.
