Rob Gronkowski Knows how to be the life of the party, but now we’ll get the chance to see how he does in a tuxedo holding a microphone.
NFL.com is reporting that Gronk will work the red carpet as a correspondent at the Oscars next Sunday for the Rich Eisen podcast.
Gronkowski will be in Los Angeles a week from Sunday to serve as the Oscars red carpet correspondent for the “Rich Eisen Podcast.” This is a good thing.
Gronk follows in the footsteps of Hines Ward, who handled correspondent duties for Eisen last year. Ward was a nice, logical choice. He played a zombie on “The Walking Dead.” He willfully participated in “Dancing With The Stars.” There was connective tissue to be found.
Nice move by the Oscars, or ABC to try to gain a few more thousand viewers or so by having the NFL’s biggest party animal corresponding the most serious of movie award shows.
I’m sure there will be a few can’t miss moments.
