It looks like the A.J. Jenkins experiment in San Francisco has been a failure.
Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Chiefs and 49ers have finalized a deal that will send Jenkins to Kansas City for wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin.

The Chiefs got to see Jenkins up close and personal during their preseason game against the 49ers on Friday. Jenkins didn’t catch a pass, but I guess Andy Reid had seen enough.
Jenkins, the 30th overall pick by the 49ers in the 2012 has struggled at wide receiver for the 49ers in both practice and in preseason play.
