Regardless of what evidence MLB has, A-Rod has never failed a drug test and in the end that is what will drive his appeal. Until then he will play.
ARod will be suspended through '14, but will be allowed on field during appeal. Case will be heard by ind arbitrator. Plays tomorrow in Chi
